Metoda şi condiţiile de plată de către Beneficiar vor fi: prin virament în baza facturii fiscale, în termen de 20 zile lucrătoare din momentul transmiterii şi recepţionării acesteia. În ceea ce privește litigiile cauzate de circumstanţe care nu depind de voinţa Părţilor, acestea vor fi soluționate în conformitate cu clauzele contractuale ce urmează a fi negociate.
