Buna ziua.S-a avut in vedere garantia calitatii betonului,dar vedem acum ca cerem acelas criteriu de calificare de doua ori,sub nr.9 este indicat certificatul de calitate a betonului,ce dubleaza ,deci criteriul de calificare sub nr.4 "certificat de garantie" nu se va cere.
