Buna ziua.Conform comunicatului AAP din 10/09/2020 , autoritățile contractante, care vor iniția proceduri de achiziții publice pentru procurarea de produse de echipamente electrice și electronice (EEE) urmează să solicite de la operatorii economici, interesați să depună oferte, numărul de înregistrare din „Lista producătorilor” drept dovadă a conformării reglementărilor HG212/2018 (p. 46 și 47, dar si LP209/2016 art. 12 alin. (5) lit. c), alin. (6) lit. a)). Potrivit pct. 52 din Regulament, de la 1 ianuarie 2019, pot introduce pe piață EEE numai producătorii înregistrați în „Lista producătorilor”, iar nerespectarea prevederilor Regulamentului de către cei implicați în ciclul de viață a EEE (producători, importatori, consumatori) constituie contravenție și se sancționează conform prevederilor art. 154 din Codul Contravențional al Republicii Moldova. Reesind din premiza ca in cadrul licitatiei se solicita inclusiv echipament din Anexa 1A a HG 212/2018 rugam sa ne confirmati obligativitatea detinerii Certificatului cu nr. de Inregistrare in Lista Producatorilor EEE pentru ofertanti. Va multumim anticipat pentru raspuns.
