Stimată autoritate contractantă, În conformitate cu Legea privind achizițiile publice nr.131 din 03.07.2015 și anume, art.65 alin.(4), prezentarea ofertei presupune depunerea într-un set comun a propunerii tehnice, a propunerii financiare, a DUAE și, după caz, a garanției pentru ofertă. Rugam respectuos, ca: punctul Service Centru Autorizat, inclusiv prezentarea certificatelor a min. 2 ingineri autorizaţi în anunțul de particpare la capitol "Documente obligătorii" să fie menționate ca "Documentele prezentate la solicitare", ceea ce pastreaza transparenta ofertei nu și a calificarea profesionă a companiilor si a angajatilor.

Stimate operator economic, documentele prevăzute la p. 15 din anunțul de participare „Autorizație de la producător MAF (Manufacturer Authorization Form)„ și „Service Centru Autorizat, inclusiv a specialiștilor” sunt obligatorii pentru loturile 1-4 la depunerea ofertei, aceasta fiind cerința autorității contractante.
