Intrarea in vigoare a regulilor pietei este aminata pina la 1.01.22, faptul dat pune in dificultate participarea intreprinderilor din piata libera. Care este sensul licitatiei daca in ea pot participa numai intreprinderile reglementate care detin tarif reglementat si aceste intrerpinderi nu pot oferi un tarif mai jos decit cel reglementat
