Question:
Intrarea in vigoare a regulilor pietei este aminata pina la 1.01.22, faptul dat pune in dificultate participarea intreprinderilor din piata libera. Odata cu intrarea in vigoare a regulilor pietei, nu este clar cum va functiona mecanizmul financiar legat de achitarea dezechilibrelor. Care este sensul licitatiei daca in ea pot participa numai intreprinderile reglementate care detin tarif reglementat, la rindul sau nici aceste intrerpinderi (tinind cont de specificul reglementat) nu pot oferi un tarif mai jos decit cel reglementat și nici prezenta garantiile solicitate
