Livrarea unor schițe nu a fost inclusă în cerințele caietului de sarcini, însă este obligatoriu respectarea condițiilor indicate la descrierea specificării tehnice și descrierii detaliate a bunurilor solicitate. În același timp, schițele pot fi oferite cu titlul de informare, precum și susținere a ofertei depuse în cadrul procedurii de achiziție.
