În conformitate cu art. 7 alin. c) și h) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, autoritatea contractantă a inițiat procedura de achiziție respectivă cu repartizarea pe loturi pentru a asigura concurența și tratamentul egal în privința tuturor operatorilor economici, care își vor depune ofertele în cadrul procedurii de achiziție de valoare mica privind achiziţionarea materialelor de construcție.

În conformitate cu specificațiile tehnice indicate de către autoritatea contractantă în documentația de atribuire (pct. 9 din Anunțul de participare), standardul de referință pentru lotul nr. 1 trebuie să fie DIN EN 13300: nu mai mic de clasa 2.
