Добрый день. Просим Вас ответить на вопрос Если в случае участник победитель , сделает данный объем работы согластно вашего caiet de sarcini, в срок до конца этого года до 31.12.2021,максимум в течении 2х месяцев , полная оплата Вами так же будет осуществлена в срок до 31.12.2021 , то есть сразу после подписания акта приема-передачи работ и выписки налоговой е-фактуры? Хотелось бы понять не получиться ли так что участник выполнить работу в 2021 году , а финансирование данного объекта запланировано намного позже, то есть на 2022 год?(в каком месяце либо квартале) в каких суммах на 2021 и какая сумма на 2022 год.Данный вопрос задан на основании увиденых сроков в пунктах 12, 13 ( anunt de participare) Спасибо за разъяснение.

Оплата будет производиться согласно плану финансирования на 2021 год – 368 000,00 леев с НДС и на 2022 год – 78 400,00 леев с НДС.
