Buna ziua. Venim cu rugamintea de a modifica modul de oferta (cele trei runde) sa se petreaca doar in una, pentru a nu prejudicia mersul licitatieii si ca operatorii economici sa poata veni doar cu o oferta finala. Din exeperienta se tegiverseaza procedura si sunt o sumede de motiv mai apoi de contesta decizia. Mersi anticipat pentru intelegere.
