Pentru lotul 1 ”Reactive pentru investigaţii biochimice pentru analizatorul Respons 910 (tip închis)”, în procesul evaluării ofertei s-a constatat o eroare tehnică, și anume: discrepanța între suma prețurilor unitare cu/fără TVA și prețurile totale cu/fără TVA. Prin urmare, operatorul economic a acceptat corectările erorilor aritmetice modificând suma ofertei pentru lotul 1, de la 143366,46 lei fără TVA la 124996,50 lei fără TVA, și de la 159280,78 lei cu TVA la 137200,81 lei cu TVA.
