La noi institutiile bugetare vor ieftin-bun-si cit mai multa garantie posibila din partea antreprenorilor ... toti vor degeaba dar in schimb calitate superioara si de dorit garantie cit mau multa.. ar fi super sa fie macar vrio 30 de ani...

Buna dimineața. Instituțiile bugetare utilizează cadrul legal ( Legea achizițiilor publice 131/2015). Pentru instituțiile bugetare este o posibilitate de a asigura funcționalitatea, iar pe alocuri a se dezvolta.
