In conformitatea cu HG 212/2018 privind gestionarea Echipamentelor Electrice si Electronice (EEE) si deseuri ce rezulta din ele (Regulament DEEE):
"p.111. .......... instituțiile publice și private care cumpără, primesc prin donație pentru uz propriu EEE vor solicita producătorilor numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor, constituit potrivit prevederilor pct. 45."
Reesind din faptul ca in aceasta Licitatie se solicita oferta iclusiv pentru echipament, care cade sub incidenta acestui Regulament (anexa 1B), rugam sa ne confirmati obligatiunea de a detine un astfel de nr. pentru ofertanti. Multumim anticipat

Bună ziua,
Urmare a solicitării, vă comunicăm că solicitarea dvs. se regăsește în Invitația de participare, pct. 10. Astfel, în cadrul acesteia se menționează despre admiterea "numai ofertele ofertanților înregistrați ca producători de deșeuri electrice și electrocasnice, în conformitate cu prevederile Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 212/2018 privind gestionarea Echipamentelor Electrice si Electronice (EEE)." Suplimentar, în scopul minimizării activităților birocratice, ofertanții nu vor prezenta documente confirmative, însă Agenția își rezervă dreptul de a verifica ofertantul cu referire la informațiile reflectate în cadrul Sistemului informaţional automatizat "Managementul deşeurilor", care dealtfel este publică: https://siamd.gov.md/portal/deee.html.
