In anuntul de intentie nu am specificat anumite clauze , referitoare la graficul de executare a lucrarilor, , ca solicitam experiente similare cu confirmare , dotari , plus , nu am indicat ca nu vom putea executa integral plata , in anul curent ( mai mult ca atat , vom putea plati aproximativ 1/3. De asemenea a fost setata o optiune gresita referitoare la procedura de achizitie
