Buna ziua.
In conformitatea cu HG 212/2018 privind gestionarea Echipamentelor Electrice si Electronice (EEE) si deseuri ce rezulta din ele (Regulament DEEE):
"p.111. .......... instituțiile publice și private care cumpără, primesc prin donație pentru uz propriu EEE vor solicita producătorilor numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor, constituit potrivit prevederilor pct. 45."
Reesind din faptul ca in aceasta Licitatie se solicita oferta pentru echipament, care cade sub incidenta acestui Regulament (anexele 1A, 1B), rugam sa ne confirmati obligatiunea de a detine un astfel de nr. pentru ofertanti. Multumim anticipat

Autoritatea Contractantă va solicita (conform DUAE) de la ofertantul care se află în statutul de „în considerare” din SIA RSAP toate documentele necesare.

Mesaj pentru clarificarea de mai sus.
Nici intr-un caz nu am avem intentia sa expediem spam catre Autoritatea Contractatbta. Doar am reamintit de niste doc. obligatorii conform legislatiei. In HG 212/2018 in afara de faptul ca este indicata OBLIGATIVITATEA solicitarii unui astfel de certificat (p.111) in cazul produselor supuse acestui Regulament, este si anexa 1B, p.4.6 (televizoare) care indica express ca acest tip de echipament solicitat cade sub incidenta Regulamentului. Deci, in cadrul licitatiilor, care au ca obiect produsele din anexa HG 212/2018 acest certificat este OBLIGATORIU !!!. In caz ca nu detineti un astfel de certificat-va indemnam sa va conformati prevederilor legale a HG 212/2018 si astfel de "obstacole" si "spam" nu va vor deranja pe viitor.
