We assume it is fine for us to submit our bid documents in English only - could you please confirm? -answer: YES, we confirm that you can submit your bid documents in English ( we have attached the forms for bidding in English, so you can use them for bidding) 2. For the bid bond, is this due by 24.05.2021?-answer: YES. 3.We will be doing a direct transfer - is there any reference that you would like us to note when making the transfer? answer: the confirmation of the payment made (payment order, other bank documents, etc.) will be uploaded together with the other bid forms within the platform. 4. Are the costs of travel and travel-related expenses (flights to Moldova to conduct the research and accommodation etc) to be covered in our bid or treated separately? answer >the offer will include flight ticket costs and daily rates. The rest of the costs related to the visit (hotel, food, transport to wineries) will be covered by us. Best regards,
