Prin realizarea contractului se planifică realizarea următoarelor sarcini de bază /livrabile :
Livrabil1.Planul Urbanistic General – cu retelele urbane in sistem GIS, interoperabile cu platforma de date urbane ce se va crea in paralel în cadrul proiectului de către o companie IT specializată. Platforma de date urbane va include ulterior si alte date urbane precum : transport public, iluminat public , supreveghere video/securitate publica, gestionare deseuri, sistem alimentare cu apa, servicii publice locale electronice (ghiseu unic online), etc.
Livrabil2. Plan de mobilitate- planul trebuie sa includa si o analiza a tipurilor de transport public potrivit pentru serviciul public ce urmeaza sa fie creat în municipiu, pe baza careia ulterior sa fie procurate unitati de transport si soft de gestionare conectat la platforma de date urbane
Livrabil3. Planul de Acțiuni pentru Energie și Climă va include și solutii pentru iluminatul public , modernizare, eficientizare si gestionare , conectare la baza de date urbane.
