Question:
Din pacate la LOTUL 6, se incearca incalcarea legii achizitiilor publice prin limitarea participantilor la achizitie.
Este cerut videoendoscoape compatibile cu sistemul viudeo integrat care exista in institutie, pe de alta parte se cere un videoprocesor cu sursa de lumina integrata.
Endoscoape, compatibile cu sursa de lumina existenta la Spitalul de Stat nu se mai produc, din acest motiv se doreste procurarea unui sistem nou, dar se incearca incalcarea legii privind achiziitiile publice.
In bugetul estimat se poate de procurat utilaj la aceeasi calitate si de la alti producatori, poate chiar mai ieftin.
Answer (21 Apr 2021, 14:17):
Se planifică procurarea unui videoprocesor de generație nouă în set cu un videogastroscop și videocolonoscop cu scopul ca endoscoapele aflate în dotare (EG-530FP, EC-530 WL3, EG-530 FP, EC-590 ZWL3) să fie utilizat la videoprocesorul nou și să beneficieze de o imagine mai calitativă. În final se dorește să fie obținută posibilitatea de investigare în spectru cu bandă îngustă de lumină, prelucrarea imaginei pentru o mai bună evidență mucoasei gastrice, vaselor sangvine și/sau țesuturilor inflamate, la endoscoapele aflate in dotare.
