поясните пожалуйста какую документацию предоставлять ,у вас в объявление только два пункта .а стандартной документации пишет что требуется гарантия 631 610 тыс.по закону гарантия в оферте не может быть ровна сумме оценочной стоимости.при такой сумме гарантия может быть не более 3% от стоимости оферты.
