Buna ziua! Bugetul estimat pentru procedura de achiziție nu poate fi modificat, și respectiv, nici specificațiile tehnice, având în vedere că pe piață există modele care corespund cerințelor înaintate și se încadrează în bugetul estimat. Multumim!
