Question:
Bună ziua ați indicat in anunțul de participare procedura de achiziție : COP iar in site ați indicat că este achiziții cu costuri mici. Cum poate fi achiziții cu costuri mici avind valoarea estimată 568 000 MDL fără TVA??? Depășește pragul achizitiilor cu costuri mici.
