Buna ziua.
Conform legii comertului nu puteti solicita –Prin transfer, în termen de 90 zile după
prezentarea facturii;
Conform articolului 21/1 alineat 4 a legii comertului , termenul de plata catre furnizor pentru produsele alimentare contractate si livrate se stabileste in cadrul negocierilor ,dar nu poate fi mai mare de 30 zile calendaristice de la data livrarii produselor de catre furnizor .

Vă aducem la cunoștință că noi suntem consumatori finali si nu comercializăm produsele astfel, instituția nu cade sub incidența Legii Nr. 231din 23-09-2010,cu privire la comerţul interior. Solicităm participarea la procedura de achiziție în conformitate cu cerințele inaintate.
