Înregistrarea operatorului economic în Lista producătorilor ... ? Documentatia data se adreseaza la LOT 1 ori pentru LOT 2 ,daca nu suntem producatori de produse supuse reglementărilor dar le procuram conform cerintelor tehnice ? Numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor de produse supuse reglementărilor de responsabilitate extinsă a producătorilor, conform Regulamentului privind deșeurile de echipamente electrice și electronice aprobat prin HG nr. 212/2018. Clarificati va rog cine numai produce are dreptul de a participa la licitatie?Conform care Lege?

Bună ziua. Numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor va fi solicitat în corespundere cu prevederile legislației. Referințe: HG nr. 212/2018 cu anexele corespunzătoare și SIA MD (https://siamd.gov.md/portal/producatori-deseuri.html). Mulțumim pentru întrebare.

Certificat de atribuire a contului bancar este indicat anul 2019-2021 ,precizati va rog, din anul 2019 la toti 3 ani consecutiv ori este suficient anul 2021?
