Corform art.37, alin.6 și 9 din Legea nr. 131 din 03 iulie 2015 privind achizițiile publice la întocmirea documentației standart a licitației publice "Specificațiile tehnice nu vor face referinţă la o anumită marcă comercială, la un producător sau un operator economic concret". Rugăm să modificați caietul de sarcini cu specificaţiile tehnice ce vor putea permite oricărui ofertant accesul egal la procedura de atribuire şi care nu vor avea ca efect introducerea unor obstacole nejustificate de natură să restrîngă concurenţa între operatorii economici”. Conform denumirii procedurii *Servicii de prelungire a cheițelor de licență * se prelungeste cheile de licenta a antivirusului existent, nu se procura alt antivirus.
