Buna ziua. In conformitatea cu HG 212/2018 privind gestionarea Echipamentelor Electrice si Electronice (EEE) si deseuri ce rezulta din ele (Regulament DEEE): "p.111. .......... instituțiile publice și private care cumpără, primesc prin donație pentru uz propriu EEE vor solicita producătorilor numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor, constituit potrivit prevederilor pct. 45." Reesind din faptul ca in aceasta Licitatie se solicita oferta pentru echipament, care cade sub incidenta acestui Regulament (categoria 5 - Echipament de iluminat), rugam sa ne informati despre obligatiunea de a detine un astfel de numar pentru potentialii ofertanti. Multumim anticipat.

Evaluarea se va efectua in baza celui mai mic pret si prezentarea tutror documentelor oligatorii solicitate in anuntul de participare.

Cu tot respectul, dar in anuntul de participare nu este indicat express obligatiunea legala, si anume p.111 ".......... instituțiile publice și private care cumpără, primesc prin donație pentru uz propriu EEE vor solicita producătorilor numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor, constituit potrivit prevederilor pct. 45." Echipamentul solicitat in cadrul licitatiei se incadreaza in cat 5."Echipament de iluminat" si automat cade sub incidenta prevederilor HG 212/2018. Va rugam sa ne explicati daca e obligatoriu? Daca nu-din ce cauza ? Multumim anticipat.

Ati mai primit raspuns la intrebarea dumneavoastra, si la alte proceduri de achizitii. Nu incurcati procesul de achizitii publice conform legii
