Buna ziua. In conformitatea cu HG 212/2018 privind gestionarea Echipamentelor Electrice si Electronice (EEE) si deseuri ce rezulta din ele (Regulament DEEE): "p.111. .......... instituțiile publice și private care cumpără, primesc prin donație pentru uz propriu EEE vor solicita producătorilor numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor, constituit potrivit prevederilor pct. 45." Reesind din faptul ca in aceasta Licitatie se solicita oferta pentru pentru echipament, care cade sub incidenta acestui Regulament, rugam sa ne confirmati despre solicitarea obligatorie a unui astfel de certificat pentru potentialii ofertanti. Multumim anticipat.

Va multumim pentru atentionare. Conform HG 212/2018: "• producătorii şi importatorii de echipamente electrice şi electronice (în continuare – EEE), în conformitate cu prevederile Regulamentului aprobat prin HG nr. 212/2018, au obligaţia de a se înregistra, prin intermediul SIA „Managementul deşeurilor”, în Lista producătorilor de produse supuse reglementărilor responsabilităţii extinse a producătorului, până la iniţierea activităţii de plasare pe piaţă. Numărul de înregistrare al acestora va fi comunicat reţelelor comerciale prin care sunt comercializate EEE în maximum 30 de zile de la atribuirea acestuia;".Acest document va fi solicitat castigatorului licitatiei.
