- livrarea se va efectua cu transportul vânzătorului în garnizoana Chişinău și Bălți, în perioada aprilie - noiembrie, anul 2021, în zilele de marţi, miercuri şi joi, de la ora 09:00 până la ora 16:00, în cantităţi conform cererii remise prin poşta electronică de către şeful Secţiei alimentare, (operatorii economici participanţi la procedura de achiziţie, vor indica în ofertă adresa de e-mail, la care vor fi primite comenzile).
- marfa să fie însoțită de declarație de conformitate, pentru fiecare lot în parte (HG 775 din 03.07.2007 p53).
