verificati caietul de sarcini, modelele sunt indicate, insa nu poate fi stabilita cantitatea exacta de reincarcari in decursul unui an pentru fiecare din ele, de aceia pretul trebuie sa fie unul mediu, iar valaoarea contractului va fi maxima, insa achiatarea se va face in dependenta cu cantitatea serviciilor real prestate.
