Bună ziua, Explicați vă rog de ce așa amănunțită descrierea a unui glucometru? Doar destinația glucometrului nu se schimbă dar în așa fel limitați participarea la mai mulți operatori economici care pot să vă ofere un preț mai bun la acet Lot.
