1.Какими строительными нормами и расценками руководствовался специалист составляющий этот (caet de sarcini) ? 2.Как можно требовать гарантии на работы, которые не соответствуют стандартным технологиям ремонта мягкой кровли? 3.Гимназия №86 и садик № 116 пункт №4 RCsB21 --зачем сверлить такие отверстия для пластикового дюбеля -6 х 60мм? 4.Почему отсутствует система вентиляции подкровельного слоя (аэраторы) которые необходимы при ремонтных работах кровли?
