A constata faptul că pentru pozițiile 1 Pipete Pauster, 2 Cuvă, tip I, 5 Hîrtie termică 6 Magniţi au fost în repetate rânduri inițiate achiziții la care nu au participat nici un operator economic în ultimii cinci ani, iar prețurile estimate de către autoritatea contractantă pentru bunurile indicate sunt stabilite la nivelul anului 2015, totodată, valoarea ofertei S.R.L. "ECOCHIMIE" nu depășește 15% per total al achiziției a admite în concurs oferta S.R.L. "ECOCHIMIE".
3. A declara câștigătoare oferta: S.R.L. "ECOCHIMIE" pentru pozițiile 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, oferta: S.R.L. ”LISMEDFARM” pentru poziția 8, și oferta: S.A." TEHOPTIMED" pentru poziția 11 conform textului prezentei decizii ca fiind conforme cerințelor minime solicitate și la cel mai mic preț fără TVA.
4. A anunța operatorii economici participanți despre decizia luată.
