Pentru produsele alimentare Termenul de achitare sunt 30 zile calendaristice conform legii LP274 din 29.11.18, MO1-5/04.01.19 art.12; în vigoare 04.02.19 articolul 21/1 alineat 4.
Dacă e posibel ar fi bine de schimbat acest penct
