Question's name:
Încălcarea regulilor privind descrierea bunurilor.
Question:
Tragem atenția ca denumirea bunului si specificația tehnica descrisa face trimitere directa la un anumit producător. Astfel find încălcat art. 37 a legi 131 privind achizițiile publice. Solicitam modificarea sau editarea prin adăugarea sintagmei "sau echivalentul" asa cum permite legea.
