Добрый день,в связи с обстановкой в стране/мире - тендер актуален? Сроки остаются теми же или будет продление сроков? Государственные структуры не работают и большинство справок невозможно получить в данный момент ( справка из налоговой, казьер журидик....) Что делать с этими документами и будет ли их отсутствие влиять на решение комиссии?

Bună ziua, deschiderea ofertelor privind achiziționarea serviciilor de reîncărcare a cartuşelor pentru imprimante laser pentru 8 luni ale anului 2020 va avea loc pe data de 08.04.2020 ora 10:00. Totodată, luând în considerare că, potrivit art. 1 din Hotărârea Parlamentului nr. 55 din 17.03.2020 privind declararea stării de urgență, perioada 17 martie – 15 mai 2020 se declară stare de urgență pe întreg teritoriul Republicii Moldova și în legătură cu imposibilitatea prezentării de către operatorii economici a documentelor solicitate în anunțul de participare, Agenția Servicii Publice acceptă Documentul Unic de Achiziții European semnat electronic prin care aceştia îşi vor asuma responsabilitatea asupra informaţiei prezentate privind lipsa antecedentelor penale şi restanţelor faţă de bugetul public naţional. Totodată, operatorul economic va prezenta Extrasul din Registrul de Stat al persoanelor juridice și ultimul raport financiar cu ștampila Biroului Național de Statistică sau cu prezentarea unei recipise privind confirmarea înregistrării și verificării on-line, deoarece prezentarea actelor respective nu necesită deplasarea operatorilor economici la oficiul instituțiilor competente.
