Buna ziua. Perioada de depunere a ofertelor 22-25 februarie coincide cu 2 zile de weekend, iar pe data de 25 februarie termenul limita e la 10.30. Ramine practic doar 1 zi- cea de 24 februarie pentru a depune oferta, ceea ce este un termen destul de restrins.

Cu referirere la semnarea si stampilarea documentelor de depunere pe fiecare pagina. Conform legislatiei in vigoare, a fost introdusa semnatura electronica, Respectiv nu este nevoie ca documentele sa fie printate, semnate si stampilate pe fiecare pagina, si apoi iar scanate si incarcate pe platforma. Acest lucru este de domeniul trecutului. Putem utiliza semnatura electronica?
