Buna ziua, conform legislatiei in vigoare trebuie sa respectati transparenta achizitiilor publice , indicand brand-ul imprimantei excludeti alti potentiali agenti economici de la aceasta achizitie care sunt parteneri cu alti producatori decat HP. Va rugam insistent sa revizuiti decizia Dvs, si sa enumerati niste parametri in care concurenta poate fi loiala.
