În conformitate cu art. 69 al Legii 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, urmare examinării și evaluării ofertelor prezentate, ținând cont de criteriile de evaluare și specificațiile tehnice solicitate, precum și de cel mai mic preț,
avînd în vedere că oferta operatorului economic Clever Energy SRL nu corespunde criteriilor/cerințelor solicitate ”Prețul cel mai scăzut, discount în procente oferit și prezența stațiilor de alimentare în centrele raionale din Republicii Moldova” și anume în oferta prezentată nu a fost indicat Discountul în % (reducerea de 1,41 lei/litru față de prețul de la panou fiind transmisă ulterior la data 27.01.2020 ora 15.11 prin email la adresa tender@agepi.gov.md) și prezența stațiilor de alimentare (fiind daor 7 la număr) nu acoperă tot teritoriul Republicii Moldova, aspect foarte imortant pentru AGEPI avînd în vedere specificul de activitate al instituției, Grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis atribuirea contractului de valoare mică privind achiziționarea Produselor petroliere, combustibil, Cod CPV 09100000-0, operatorului economic ICS”LUKOIL-Moldova” SRL cu propunerea financiară de 106312,50 lei fără TVA, Discount - 4,75%/ litru față de prețul mediu publicat
