În temeiul art.71 p.1 lit.c) a Legii 131 privind achizițiile publice din 03.07.2015 - Autoritatea contractantă, din proprie inițiativă, anulează procedura de atribuire a contractului de achiziții publice, dacă ia această decizie înainte de data transmiterii comunicării privind rezultatul aplicării procedurii de achiziție publică, în următoarele cazuri: lit. c) niciunul dintre ofertanţi nu a întrunit condiţiile de calificare prevăzute în documentaţia de atribuire;
