Мы собираемся учавствовать всего в нескольких лотах. На общую сумму в 90 000 лей. Насколько обязательна банковская гарантия? Сумма очень маленькая.

Bună ziua, în conformitate cu art. 68 alin. (1) în cazul achiziţiei de bunuri, servicii şi lucrări, operatorul economic va depune, odată cu oferta, şi garanţia pentru ofertă. Totodată, în temeiul art. 68 alin. (5) la achiziţia de bunuri şi servicii cu o valoare estimată mai mică de 800000 de lei şi de lucrări cu o valoare estimată mai mică de 2000000 de lei, autoritatea contractantă este în drept să nu ceară operatorului economic garanţie pentru ofertă. Astfel, depunerea garanției bancare pentru ofertă 2 % este obligatorie, deoarece suma estimativă a achiziției pentru bunuri este mai mare decât suma prevăzută în art. 68 alin. (5) și constituie 1 870 884,00 lei fără TVA.
Garanția pentru ofertă se depune pentru întreaga procedura de achiziție publică, chiar dacă operatorul economic depune oferta pentru câteva loturi. Nedepunerea garanției pentru ofertă are drept consecință descalificarea operatorului economic.

Va rog sa modificati dimensiunea mapei din 70mm in 75mm intrucat dupa standard bibliorafturile late sunt la 75mm! Multumesc!
