Buna ziua, ținînd cont de faptul că suma achiziției e mare și următoarele 2 zile sunt zile de odihnă, rog respectuos să prelungiți periaoda de actualizare cu o zi. Mulțumesc!

Buna ziua. Conform Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 privind achizitiile publice, art. 35 pct. 1 lit. (c) - termenul de solicitare a clarificărilor pentru cererea ofertelor de preturi este de 3 zile. Totodata, avand in vedere ca suntem la sfarsit de an si suntem in limita de timp, suntem in indisponibilitate de a accepta propunerea dvs de a prelungi termenul.
