Concretizare - termen de garantie
Question:
Buna ziua,
Va rugam sa concretizati:
pentru lotul 2 solicitati termen de garantie pentru fiecare component al calculatorului? De obicei, se solicita termen de garantie pentru intreg blocul de sistem.
Daca cereti termen de garantie pentru fiecare component, atunci urmeaza sa le indicati in pozitii separate si sa le procurati ca bunuri separate si nu ca componente ale unuia si aceluiasi echipament.

In acest caz faceti modificare in specificatia tehnica la lotul 2 si corectati aceste neconformitati. Pentru ca in prezent pentru aceeasi pozitie (acelasi produs) ati indicat termenul de garantiei de 8 !!! ori, cu atit mai mult cu termene diferite (de 24 si 36 luni?!)
