Referitor la invitatie de participare si caetul de sarcini
Question:
Studiind atent invitatia D-stre am ramas cam nedumeriti de cerintile neintemeiate care siamana mai mult cu niste mofturi. si anume: 1. Banii licizi in cont (1500000lei) sint date confidentiale.Dar daca nu sinteti de acord, atunci ar fi cinstit ca si D-stre sa ne demonstrati ca aveti acasta suma in cont.Sau antreprenorul efectuiaza lucrarile din contul sau 100%. 2. 15 ani garantie este o cerinta neintemeiata si nelegitima. 3. Referitor la caetul de sarcini. Ce fel de garantie daca nu se gaseste in proect nici un fel de grunt nici innaintia tencuelilor, nici dupa demolaria tencuelilor,nici innaintia placarii cu ceramogranit.Parca se poate de economisitit la 1700m2 grunt. Apoi spuneti -timplaria lipseste ori nu trebue desfacuta si cum se va proceda si de cine se vor indeplini aceste lucrari.Ar fi bine sa inlaturati aceste eruari si din proect ,cit si caetul de sarcini.

Modificarile au fost efectuate in anuntul de participare dar in caietul de sarcini nu putem face modificari .In caietul de sarcini sa scapat din vedere aceste lucrar ide grunt si de timplarie.
