Buna ziua ! Conform legislatiei RM, adica Legea privind achizitiile publice Nr.131 din 03.07.2015 .capitolul V,art,28 alin3- Anuntul de participare va fi publicat in limba de stat-romana si, dupa caz,in una din limbile de circulatie internationala.
