Buna ziua , vreau sa concretizati daca este nevoie de garantia bancara ? In doc.standart este specificat de garantia bancara dar nu este indicat procentul.

Buna ziua, la pagina nr. 23 punctul 4.3 din Documentatia standard este specificat „Garanţia pentru ofertă va fi în valoare de: 1 % din valoarea ofertei fără TVA.”
