Impartirea Loturilor
Question:
Buna ziua, in mod normal intr-o licitatie cu un sortiment de produse mai mare si cu coduri CPV diferite se practica impartirea loturilor. Produsele ca table interactive de ex destul de specifice si comercializate de putine companii. Prin comasarea tuturor pozitiilor intr-un lot, se limiteaza concurenta si exista riscul de cheltuire ineficienta a banului public. Va rugam sa impartiti in loturi diferite - tablete, imprimante, laptopuri, mai ales ca este o achizitie mai mare. In acest caz veti beneficia de o competitie corecta si veti cumpara la cele mai bune preturi. Multumesc.
