conf. p. 16 al Anuntului de participare, e nevoie de prezentat "Certificatele de calitate la materialele de construcții". Laboratoarele de incercari elibereaza Certificate de conformitate, nu certificate de calitate. Putem prezenta certficiate de conformitate eliberate de laboratoare de incercari?
