Pe parcursul analizei,evaluarii procedurii de atribiure sa constatat erori in caietul de sarcini si corespunzator si in raportul de veificare nr. 119/13 din 13.07.2017 si autoritatea contractanta se afla in imposibilitate de a adopta masuri corective fara ca acestea sa nu fie elaborate si verificate repetat , in caz contrar se incalca principiile de reglamentare a relatiilor privind achizitiile publice. In temeiul art. 71 1(g) al Legii 131 din 03.07 2015 privind achizitiile publice si Regulamentului privind achizitiile de lucrari sectiunei 7,art.150(6) aprobat prin Hotarirea nr. 669 din 27.05 2016 procedura se anuleaza
