Evaluarea va fi efectuata pe pozitii. Avind in vedere ca achizitiile de valoare mica nu cad sub incidenta legii nr, 131 din 03.07.2015 privind achizitiile publice, platforma, in cazul dat, ese folosita ca modalitate de a solicita ofertele operatorilor economici.
