Cele mai bune prețuri vă poate da numai un furnizor direct, care are din lista voastră una, două sau puțin mai multe poziții. Toate pozițiile deodată, de regulă, vă poate oferta doar vre-un magazin, care la rîndul său cumpără marfa de la acești furnizori direcți. Ca rezultat el cîștigă licitație cu prețuri la sigur mai scumpe (cu adaosul său), decît să luați fiecare poziție direct de la furnizor. Deci cu multe loturi (pe poziții) veți economisi mult mai mult, decît cu un singur lot. Deci, de ce nu faceți licitație pe poziții fără aucțion?

Buna ziua! Sistemul electronic nu permite in aceiasi procedura coduri CPV cu prefix diferit.
