Conform pct.3 din FDA (Documentația standard) pnct. 6- se cere Experiență în domeniu similar nu mai puțin 3 ani, se poate de participat daca ofertantul are numai 1 (un) an de experienta, dar indeplineste toate conditiile mentionate din Documentația standard?

Buna ziua! Ca condiţie obligatorie este experienţă similară nu mai puţin de 3 ani, totodată în formularul 3.7 formularul informativ despre ofertant, dvs. trebuie să arătaţi cifra de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani, ceea ce nu cred că aveţi de unde să arătaţi. Aceşti doi factori influenţa negativ asupra ofertei pentru că va fi incopletă. Din acest considerent oferta incompletă va fi respinsă.
